  • MEASURE sugar and wine into large saucepan. Cook and stir over medium heat until sugar is dissolved - about 4 to 7 minutes. Do not boil. Remove from heat.
  • STIR in at once fruit pectin and mix well. Skim off foam, if necessary.
  • POUR quickly into warm sterilized glasses. Cover at once with new or sterilized two-piece lids filling up to 1/4 inch (0.5 mL) from rim.

    Just Devine!!!!! This is the second year of making this recipe. Rave reviews were had by all, friends and family!!! Even mom who is not into *spirit jelly woman*. I have tried without lemon in this and with. Both are are just perfect for any occasion.

    This is absolutely delicious and so very easy to make! A local winery here sells wine jelly and I saw on their lable that they added lemon juice as a fourth ingredient. I added 1/4 cup of lemon juice and it made a good receipe great.
