  • Heat oven to 425ºF.
  • Combine ingredients; spread onto bottom of parchment-lined 17x11-1/2x3/4-inch pan.
  • Bake 30 min. or until chickpeas are crisp and dry, stirring occasionally. Cool.


For added crunch, bake additional 8 to 10 min. or until desired doneness.

Special Extra

To serve as a flavourful salad, add 1/4 cup each finely chopped red onions and chopped tomatoes, and 1 Tbsp. each chopped fresh coriander and lemon juice to the cooled baked seasoned chickpeas.
