I am back to say that we still LOVE this soup...really awesome when you use leftover bbq chicken from the grocery store. I often buy one, have one meal from it just to get the rest to put in this soup! I will even make my own chicken stock from those bones to use in this soup. Soo yum!
I made this soup yesterday and it turned out great! I added thyme and oregano when cooking the chicken. I will try other variations next time. Maybe add bacon or a different cheese. Thanks Kraft!
This was so delicous! I took the advice of another cook's review and added a can of cream of chicken soup. A bit of salt and pepper and it was perfect!!!
