  • Spray small microwavable cup or bowl with cooking spray. Add 1 egg and 1 Tbsp. water; beat lightly with fork. Stir in 1/4 cup shredded Cracker Barrel Cheddar Cheese.
  • Microwave on HIGH 1-1/2 min. or until egg is completely cooked, stirring after 1 min.
  • Spoon onto toasted whole grain bread slice. Sprinkle with hot pepper sauce, if desired.

Serving Suggestion

Make a quick fruit cup with a banana and berries while the egg cooks in the microwave.


Prepare as directed, using shredded Kraft Swiss Cheese and omitting hot pepper sauce.

    I thought it was alright... it's good for needing something in a hurry. It was a bit boring though I would try adding something to it.

    this is really good when you need something real quick. It took me like two and a half minutes to make. I used milk instead of water, added a tad more cheese (you can never have it too cheesy), added pepper and salt, and ate it plain. It was quick and easy, thanks.
