  • Heat barbecue to medium-high heat.
  • Shape meat into 8 (1/4-inch thick) patties. Top each of 4 patties with 2 Tbsp. cheese. Cover with remaining patties; pinch edges together to seal.
  • Grill 6 to 7 min. on each side or until done (160ºF).
  • Fill buns with burgers and remaining ingredients.

Special Extra

Grill the onion slices and buns with the burgers for the last few minutes of the burger grilling time, cutting the onion into 4 slices before grilling.
