  • Heat oven to 400ºF.
  • Combine flour, sugar and baking powder in large bowl. Cut in butter with pastry blender or 2 knives until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Add cheese and bacon; mix well. Stir in cream and milk just until mixture forms soft dough.
  • Pat dough to 3/4-inch thickness on lightly floured surface. Cut into 12 rounds with 2-1/2-inch biscuit cutter, rerolling scraps as necessary.
  • Place, 2 inches apart, on parchment-covered baking sheet.
  • Bake 18 to 20 min. or until golden brown.

Substitute

For more flavour, prepare using Cracker Barrel Shredded Habanero Heat Cheese.
