The cheese log with cream cheese and brick is really good. The toasted pecans and maple syrup make it. Definitely would make it again.

Great idea for large partys and plenty of choses.I am in 7 grade and I half to find snacks to feed over 200 people. This is fast and easy I can just put out 6 platers cause not every one will want that they might want something else.

I made a large tray as an appetizer for a big pool party. Instead of apples and pears I used melon, strawberries and pineapple chunks. The BRIE was a tremendous hit and disappeared immediately. I will definitely do this again. Wheat thins and rice crackers were good alongside.
