Very good and very tasty. I used prosciutto instead of regular deli ham, and also added thinly sliced sun-dried tomatoes. Consequently, it was a bit chunkier than the instructions intend, and I ended up cutting them a bit thicker. Next time I make them, I'm going to try with feta cheese and olive paste.
