  • Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting the salt.
  • Meanwhile, heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add vegetables; cook 5 min. or until mushrooms are tender and release all their liquid, stirring frequently. Stir in pasta sauce; cook on medium-low heat 2 to 3 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
  • Drain pasta. Add to pasta sauce mixture; stir until evenly coated. Sprinkle with cheese.

Special Extra

Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.

Substitute
