  • Mix cream cheese, butter, brandy and hot pepper sauce until well blended. Divide mixture in half.
  • To one portion of cream cheese mixture, add cheddar cheese; mix until well blended. To second portion, add blue cheese; mix until well blended.
  • Refrigerate both cheese mixtures 3 hours or until firm. Form cheese mixtures into 1-inch balls. Roll into paprika, almonds or parsley.

Note

Truffles may be frozen for up to 1 month.
