  • Heat oven to 375°F.
  • Mix meat, cracker crumbs, 2 Tbsp. Cheez Whiz, 1/4 cup onions and egg until well blended. Shape into 3/4-inch-thick round loaf in foil-lined pan; brush with barbecue sauce.
  • Bake 30 to 35 min. or until done (160ºF). Transfer to plate.
  • Spoon remaining Cheez Whiz into microwaveable bowl. Microwave on MEDIUM 30 sec. or until heated through when stirred; pour over meatloaf. Top with tomatoes and remaining onions.

Serving Suggestion

Serve with hot cooked herbed mashed potatoes and corn.

How to Shape Meatloaf

For easy cleanup, place meat mixture in foil-lined pan; cover with plastic wrap. Shape meat mixture into patty as directed. Remove plastic wrap. Brush with barbecue sauce and continue as directed.

    I didn't have green onions, so used chopped onion. Instead of the extra Cheez Whiz, green onions & tomatoes on top after taking out of the oven, about 10 minutes before due to come out of the oven, I added about 1/4 cup shredded cheese, and baked the last 10 minutes. Best meat loaf I ever made

    Easy to make - my very picky 14 year old helped - we divided it into 4 patties and replaced the wheat crackers with crushed rice crackers (for celiac husband)
