Heat barbecue to medium-high heat. Slice potatoes as directed; place, cut sides up, in 8-inch-square disposable foil pan. Grill 5 to 8 min. or until potatoes are tender. Remove pan from barbecue. Carefully place bacon pieces and cheddar slices alternately between potato slices. Combine Parmesan and chives; sprinkle over potatoes. Drizzle with remaining dressing. Grill 2 to 3 min. or until cheese is melted.
