  • Heat oven to 350ºF.
  • Place flour in large bowl. Cut in cream cheese and butter with pastry blender or 2 knives until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Shape dough into ball, flatten into disc. Wrap tightly with plastic wrap. Refrigerate1 hour.
  • Meanwhile heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add onion; cook 10 to 15 min. or until caramelized; set aside.
  • Roll dough into 10-inch round on lightly floured board. Press pastry onto bottom and up sides of 9-inch pie plate sprayed with cooking spray; trim edge. Whisk eggs, Miracle Whip and milk until well blended; add cheese, bacon and caramelized onions. Pour mixture into crust.
  • Bake 40 to 45 min. or until knife inserted in centre comes out clean and top is golden brown.

Serving Suggestion

Serve with a mixed green salad and your favourite Kraft Dressing.

    it was great but i added mushrooms and chives and salt an pepper ,and sausage and i lees egg but it was good
