  • Heat oven to 350ºF.
  • Cook pasta in large saucepan as directed on package, omitting salt and adding broccoli to the boiling water for the last 3 min.
  • Meanwhile, heat oil in large saucepan on medium heat. Whisk in flour and garlic; cook and stir 2 min. Gradually whisk in milk; cook and stir 3 to 5 min. or until thickened. Add shredded cheese, mustard and 3 Tbsp. Parmesan; cook and stir 1 to 2 min. or until shredded cheese is melted and sauce is well blended.
  • Drain pasta mixture. Add to cheese sauce; mix lightly. Spoon into 1.5-L casserole dish sprayed with cooking spray; top with remaining Parmesan. Cover.
  • Bake 30 min. or until heated through, uncovering after 20 min.

Serving Suggestion

Serve with a crisp green salad tossed with your favourite Kraft Vinaigrette Dressing.


Prepare using 2 cups penne or fusilli pasta.

Special Extra

Stir 1/4 cup crumbled cooked bacon into pasta mixture before spooning into prepared casserole dish and baking as directed.
