  • Heat oven to 350º F.
  • Prick potatoes, rub with dressing; place on baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Bake 1 hour or until tender.
  • Cut a cross on top of each potato. Open each potato by squeezing the ends towards one another. Stuff the opening with cheese. Place under broiler 2 min. or until cheese is golden brown and bubbly.

Make it Easy

When scrubbing the potatoes, use a rough-textured exfoliating glove made especially for use in the kitchen. The glove cleans away dirt but is relatively gentle so won’t scrub away the potato skin.
