  • Preheat barbecue to medium-high heat. Cook and stir onions and peppers in oil in skillet on medium heat until tender; set aside.
  • Grill chicken 8 min.; turn over. Brush with barbecue sauce. Grill an additional 7 to 9 min. or until chicken is cooked through (170°F), turning occasionally and brushing with the remaining barbecue sauce. Top chicken with Singles. Grill an additional min. or until Singles are melted.
  • Fill rolls with chicken, onions and peppers.

Serving Suggestion

Serve with fruit salad and assorted cut-up vegetables.


For a whole grain alternative, substitute whole wheat hamburger buns for the kaiser rolls.

    I like to use garilc mayo as an extra topping

    Made these in January so I fried them on the stove in their own juices then added the barbeque sauce in the last 5 minutes. I placed the cooked chicken on top of the cheese on the buns to melt while I fried the onions, green peppers and sliced mushrooms in the left over barbeque dressing in the pan. Very good. My son loved it for lunch.

    Prefer premade chicken cutlets, they're easier to chew.
