  • Brown meat with onions in large skillet on medium-high heat; drain. Add water and seasoning mix; cook as directed on package.
  • Top with chips and Velveeta; cover. Cook on low heat 5 min. or until Velveeta is melted.
  • Cover with lettuce and tomatoes.

Serving Suggestion

    Tastes like having a taco. It's quick and easy. We enjoyed it here. Next time, might add more toppings such as olives and green peppers.
