Either the temp or the time is completely wrong on this recipe. After 20 minutes, the egg was still not cooked. I ended up turning up the heat to 425. and 5 minutes later, it was finally done.
The baking time is not accurate at all. While I love the idea around this recipe, i would not make it again. I ended up taking the bowls and microwaving them to get the egg to set, 15 min covered did not work at all.
