  • Heat oven to 350ºF.
  • Remove sausage from casings; crumble into medium nonstick skillet. Cook on medium heat 5 min. or until evenly browned, stirring frequently; drain.
  • Spread sausage onto bottom of 9-inch square baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Whisk eggs and milk in medium bowl until blended. Stir in pepper and half the cheese; pour over sausage. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
  • Bake 23 to 25 min. or until knife inserted in centre comes out clean. Let stand 5 min. before serving.

Special Extra

Garnish with fresh thyme before serving.
