  • Heat oil in large nonstick frypan on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cover. Cook 4 min. on each side or until cooked through. Transfer to plate; cover and keep warm.
  • Add broth and broccoli to frypan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 5 min.
  • Stir IN rice and Cheez Whiz; top with chicken; cover. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 min. or until rice is tender and Cheez Whiz is melted. Stir.

    recipe was good. I cooked the chicken in EVOO and garlic as well as some chicken/veggie seasoning to add flavour. I also made this with mixed frozen veggies (broccoli, carrots and cauliflower) to add variety. Didn't even use the cheese whiz, substituted lots of shredded cheddar cheese and Parmesan. yummy.

    it was great, i cooked the chicken in italian dressing instead of oil and used grated cheese instead of cheez whiz, my husband loved it, and requested i make it again, twice in a week!
