After microwaving the cabbage leaves, use a sharp knife to cut off the thick part of each leaf at the core to make it easier to stuff the leaf with the meat filling.
Prepare using ground pork, or a mixture of ground beef and ground pork.
These delicious cabbage rolls can be assembled ahead of time. Place in airtight container, then freeze up to 2 months. Thaw in refrigerator overnight before baking as directed.
Prepare using your favourite flavour of Classico Pasta Sauce and/or shredded cheese blend.
