  • Place cauliflower in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Melt margarine in medium saucepan on medium heat. Add onions; cook and stir 3 min. or until crisp-tender. Stir in next 3 ingredients. Gradually whisk in milk. Bring to boil; cook and stir 2 min. or until thickened. Add 1 cup cheese; cook 2 to 3 min. or until melted, stirring constantly. Pour over cauliflower.
  • Heat oven to 350ºF. Prepare stuffing as directed on package, omitting margarine. Stir in remaining cheese; spoon over cauliflower mixture.
  • Bake 30 min. or until casserole is heated through and top is golden brown.


Prepare using broccoli florets.

How to Cook Cauliflower

You will need about 1 small head cauliflower to get the 8 cups florets needed to prepare this recipe. To cook the cauliflower, pull off any outer green leaves from the head. Break cauliflower into equal-size florets; place in large microwaveable bowl. Add enough water to cover florets; cover with waxed paper. Microwave on HIGH 10 min or until florets are crisp-tender; drain.
