  • Melt butter in large skillet on medium heat. Add cauliflower; cook 7 to 8 min. or until tender, stirring frequently.
  • Add water, cream cheese product and dry seasonings; cook and stir 1 min. or until cream cheese is completely melted and mixture is well blended. Remove from heat.
  • Add cheddar and Parmesan; stir until cheddar is melted.

Serving Suggestion

Serve with grilled chicken, and a leafy green salad or hot steamed fresh broccoli.
