  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray large nonstick ovenproof frying pan with cooking spray. Heat on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook 4 minutes on each side or until lightly browned on both sides. Remove from heat. Add vegetables; set aside.
  • Add milk to flour in deep microwaveable bowl; beat with wire whisk until well blended. Microwave on HIGH 8 minutes, whisking every 2 minutes. Add cream cheese; whisk until completely melted. Add mozzarella cheese; stir until melted. Pour over chicken and vegetables; stir gently to evenly cover chicken with sauce.
  • Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Stir sauce just before serving.

Cooking Know-How

If you don't have an ovenproof frying pan, simply cover the handle of your regular frying pan with several layers of foil before using.

    This was a really good recipe and quite easy to make. I browned the chicken in a frypan but then baked in a baking dish as I did not have an overproof frypan. I loved the cheesy taste but the recipe does make a lot of sauce!!! I will definitely make this again.
