  • Heat oven to 325 °F.
  • Heat dressing in a large skillet on medium-high heat. Add garlic and onions; cook 2 to 3 min. or until crisp-tender. Add peppers and mushrooms; cook until crisp-tender, 8 to 10 min. Stir in chicken.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Lay two tortillas on prepared sheet and sprinkle with half of the cheese.
  • Divide chicken and vegetable mixture evenly between tortillas and top with remaining cheese. Cover with remaining tortillas and press slightly. Bake for 20 to 25 min. or until golden brown.
