  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Top tortillas with salsa and chicken. Fold in opposite sides of each tortilla, then roll up burrito style.
  • Place, seam sides down, in 8-inch square baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; top with cheese.
  • Bake 15 min. or until roll-ups are heated through and cheese is melted. Top with lettuce and tomatoes.

Serving Suggestion

Serve with one or more of these additional toppings: sour cream, chopped avocados and chopped fresh cilantro.

Note

This is a great way to use leftover cooked chicken. Or, prepare using a store-bought rotisserie chicken.
