  • Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook 7 min., turning after 4 min. Meanwhile, mix soup and Cheez Whiz until blended.
  • Add broccoli to skillet. Pour soup mixture over chicken and broccoli; simmer on medium heat 7 min. or until chicken is done (170ºF).
  • Serve over rice.


Prepare using your favourite condensed cream soup and frozen vegetable combination, such as condensed cream of mushroom soup and peas.

    One of the easiest recipes, yet tastes really good! We loved it - I also threw in about a 1/4 cup of mayo and a few extra spoonfuls of Cheez Whiz. And used brown rice in the easy microwave bag. So Simple!!

    My family loved this dinner. My son said it was the most yummy he had tasted. I have since made it a number of times and still find it just as yummy.i use fresh broccoli instead of frozen. My sister in law said it looked like something out of a magazine.

    you need to cook the chicken before you make it the chicken will not be cook and we through out because everythig was almost burnt when done
