  • Heat oven to 375°F.
  • Unroll pizza dough on lightly floured surface; roll out or pat into 12-inch square.
  • Top with ham, peppers, cheese and seasonings, leaving 1/2-inch border around all sides of dough.
  • Roll up; pinch seam and ends together to seal.
  • Place, seam side down, on baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Beat egg and water until blended; brush onto dough.
  • Bake 20 to 24 min. or until golden brown. Cool 10 min. before slicing to serve.
