Makeover - How We Did It

We've recreated this Italian classic using better-for-you ingredients to save you 130 calories and 14 g of fat, including 8 g of sat fat, per serving. We substituted part-skim ricotta, Cracker Barrel Shredded Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese and Kraft 100% Parmesan Light Grated Cheese. Then, we added spinach and mushrooms to the filling so we didn't need as much cheese.

Execllent! i doubled the recipe to feeze the left overs, expect to loose some shells when boiling sometimes they get wrecked, also much easier to put the filling in a large ziploc bag cut a corner and squeeze into shells the only thing i took out of the recipe was the mushroom and then i didnt fry the garlic :)
