This recipe is delicious and a crowd pleaser, even for my fussy kids! I used Kraft's Sun-dried Tomato $ Oregano dressing instead and added onion to the haddock while it baked and used marble cheddar cheese. I think chicken breasts would also be tasty done this way!
Excellent, used more mushrooms and sautéed them first. Added whole cherry tomatoes halfway through the baking. Used fresh tilapia and cut the oven temperature down to 350, but same amount of time. Next time I would make sure iChat the whole fish with the dressing.
Delicious! I'm not a big fan of fish so it's hard for me to find ways to prepare it that I'm willing to eat! I always use whatever dressing and cheese I have on hand and it always turns out great! I sometimes also sprinkle seasoned breadcrumbs on top.
