  • Heat oven to 350ºF.
  • Spray both sides of tortillas with cooking spray; press onto bottoms and up sides of 12 muffin pan cups to completely line cups, overlapping edges of tortillas as needed.
  • Whisk eggs, Miracle Whip and pepper in medium bowl until blended; stir in peas and cheese.
  • Spoon into tortilla cups, adding about 1/3 cup egg mixture to each cup.
  • Bake 20 to 22 min. or until centres are almost set. Cool 5 min. before carefully removing tortilla cups from muffin pan to serve.

Special Extra

Add 1/2 cup crumbled cooked bacon to egg mixture before spooning into tortilla cups and baking as directed.
