For a delightful brunch idea, serve with a seasonal fresh fruit salad.
Prepare using deli smoked ham.
Fill sandwich buns with cheese, ham and cooked eggs. (Do not dip bun halves in egg mixture before using to assemble sandwiches.) Wrap sandwiches individually in plastic wrap; refrigerate up to 2 hours. Beat remaining 2 eggs with milk in shallow dish. Dip both sides of sandwiches, 1 at a time, in egg mixture. Cook on hot griddle until sandwiches are heated through and lightly browned on both sides, turning once.
