  • Toss peppers with dressing in medium bowl; place, cut sides up, on parchment-covered rimmed baking sheet. Bake 10 min.
  • Heat broiler. Top peppers with remaining ingredients.
  • Broil, 6 inches from heat, 2 to 3 min. or until cheese is melted.
