I really enjoyed this meal. I used frozen spinach since I didn't have broccoli. I only had plain cream cheese so I added my own garlic and herbs. Very good. Will try again, perhaps with noodles.
hubby liked it ok, seemed bland & gooey to me. Not likely to try it again.
Used brown minute rice, used mixed asian veggies and some garlic powder for extra flavor. I also used two bags of salad shrimp. My son who loves food and loves to eat gave it a 4/5. Will make again.
