Make It

  • Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add shrimp; cook 3 min. on each side or until shrimp turn pink. Remove shrimp from skillet; cover to keep warm.

  • Add broth and cream cheese product to skillet; cook and stir until 3 to 5 min. or until cream cheese is melted and sauce is well blended. Stir in rice; cover. Cook on low heat 5 min.

  • Stir in broccoli and shrimp; cook, covered, 5 min. or until rice is tender, liquid is absorbed and broccoli is heated through.

I really enjoyed this meal. I used frozen spinach since I didn't have broccoli. I only had plain cream cheese so I added my own garlic and herbs. Very good. Will try again, perhaps with noodles.

hubby liked it ok, seemed bland & gooey to me. Not likely to try it again.

Used brown minute rice, used mixed asian veggies and some garlic powder for extra flavor. I also used two bags of salad shrimp. My son who loves food and loves to eat gave it a 4/5. Will make again.

it's good to read other people's ratings, everyone has such wonderful ideas about improving the recipes. My husband really enjoyed this recipe but i found it a little bland.. i may try it with the seafood sauce next time:)

Every time I make this recipe, I have to write it out for at least one person. It's always a hit. I usually add scallops as well as shrimp and I have substituted asparagus for the broccoli. Both are excellent

This recipe was super yummy and easy to make. When you've got a screaming two year old and a crabby husband waiting for diner, this is the perfect dish. I would definitely make this again.

This was so quick and simple to make! My fiance rated this high nine's out of ten!! I used brown rice which I had prepared way ahead of making the rest of the dish. I used two packages of those little shrimp rings and defrosted those and removed the tails. I'm so happy I made this! It was sooooooooo yummy!

We really enjoyed this recipe. We added mild seafood sauce because with the cheese my husband thought it a little dry. 2 - 3 tsp for the whole serving. Adds colour and gives it a little zing.
