  • Cook chops in large skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium-high heat 2 to 3 min. on each side or until browned on both sides. Remove from skillet; cover to keep warm.
  • Add apples, onions and water to skillet; cover. Simmer on medium heat 5 min. or until crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.
  • Stir in Velveeta; top with chops. Simmer, covered, 5 min. or until chops are done (160ºF).

Serving Suggestion

Serve with a quick bagged salad tossed with your favourite KRAFT Dressing.

Special Extra

Add 1 lb./450 g red potatoes (about 3), cut into wedges, along with the apples and onions.

    but what i would do is use cinnamon instead of nutmeg and i also used marble cheese and put the chops in a baking pan then added the cheese cubes and poured the apple onion mixture over the chops, then covered with foil and put in oven for 30 mins on 350f
