  • Mix potatoes and cracker crumbs; divide into 8 balls, using about 1/4 cup of the potato mixture for each. Flatten each ball to 3-inch patty.
  • Combine remaining ingredients. Make small indentation in centre of each patty; fill each with 1 Tbsp. cheese mixture. Reshape patties to completely enclose filling; flatten slightly.
  • Heat large nonstick skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium-high heat. Add 4 patties; cook 10 min. or until each is crisp and golden on both sides, turning gently after 5 min. Repeat with remaining patties.

Serving Suggestion

Serve with Creamy Coriander Chutney.


Prepare using your favourite Kraft Shredded Cheese.
