I wanted to make this recipe but I have purchased your pizza dough before and was unable to UNROLL dough on lightly floured surface. Roll out or pat into 12-inch square. Virtually impossible to do. So if I plan on making this recipe I would use "other" pizza dough recipe as this does not work.
I made this for a picnic and it was a hit! I did make a few exceptions -- salami instead of turkey and I make 10 individual sized portions instead of one large loaf. We ate it cold at the picnic, but I think it would have been even better fresh from the oven.
