  • Heat oven to 375ºF.
  • Unroll dough on lightly floured surface. Roll out or pat into 12-inch square; top with cheese, turkey, peppers and basil, leaving 1/2-inch border around all sides. Roll up; pinch seam and ends together to seal.
  • Place, seam-side down, on foil-covered baking sheet. Beat egg and water; brush onto dough.
  • Bake 22 to 25 min. or until golden brown. Cool 10 min. before slicing to serve.

Serving Suggestion

Serve with assorted cut-up fresh vegetables and a glass of milk to round out the meal.

    I wanted to make this recipe but I have purchased your pizza dough before and was unable to UNROLL dough on lightly floured surface. Roll out or pat into 12-inch square. Virtually impossible to do. So if I plan on making this recipe I would use "other" pizza dough recipe as this does not work.

    I made this for a picnic and it was a hit! I did make a few exceptions -- salami instead of turkey and I make 10 individual sized portions instead of one large loaf. We ate it cold at the picnic, but I think it would have been even better fresh from the oven.
