A homemade graham cracker crumb crust is topped with a filling of butterscotch pudding mix, crunchy walnuts and chocolate chunks, then baked into chewy bar cookies. Yum!

  • Heat oven to 375°F.
  • Combine graham crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar and 1/3 cup butter; press onto bottom of 9-inch square pan. Bake 8 min. Remove from oven. Reduce oven temperature to 350°F.
  • Beat eggs and remaining sugar in medium bowl with mixer on high speed until thick and lemon coloured. Blend in remaining butter. Add dry pudding mix and flour; mix well. Stir in nuts and chocolate; pour over crust.
  • Bake 30 min. Cool completely before cutting into bars to serve.

Substitute

Substitute 1/2 cups Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips for the chopped Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate.
