  • Heat oven to 425°F.
  • Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add mushrooms and pepper; cook 3 min. or until tender and golden brown, stirring frequently. Stir in spinach; cook 1 to 2 min. or just until spinach is wilted. Cool slightly.
  • Place flatbread on rimmed baking sheet. Mix barbecue sauce, hot sauce and garlic until blended; spread onto flatbread. Sprinkle with half the mozzarella; top with mushroom mixture, chicken, onions, bacon, remaining mozzarella and goat cheese. Place on lowest oven rack.
  • Bake 12 to 15 min. or until flatbread is crisp and cheeses are melted.


Prepare using Louisiana-style hot pepper sauce or any other hot sauce.


Prepare using button mushrooms or a mixture of wild mushrooms and/or substituting baby arugula for the spinach.


Substitute Cracker Barrel Crumbled Feta Cheese with Oregano, Sun Dried Tomatoes and Black Pepper for the goat cheese. Or, omit the goat cheese.


For less heat, reduce the hot pepper sauce. Or, omit it.
