  • Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt.
  • Meanwhile, heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken, broccoli and peppers; cook and stir 5 to 7 min. or until chicken is done. Combine cream cheese product and milk until blended.
  • Drain pasta, reserving 1/3 cup cooking water. Add cream cheese mixture to skillet; cook and stir for 2 to 3 min. or until cream cheese is completely melted. Stir in enough of the reserved cooking water until sauce reaches desired consistency. Add pasta; mix lightly. Sprinkle with Parmesan.


Substitute uncooked deveined peeled medium shrimp for the chicken, reducing the cooking time as necessary to cook shrimp just until they turn pink.
