  • Heat oven to 375ºF.
  • Pound chicken to 1/4-inch thickness on cutting board. Cover with ham and cheese. Starting at one short end, tightly roll up each breast.
  • Place, seam-side down, in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Brush with dressing.
  • Bake 25 to 30 min. or until chicken is done (170ºF).

Serving Suggestion

Serve with steamed fresh baby carrots and hot cooked long-grain brown rice to round out the meal.

    I will make this recipe but the ingredients would also be excellent used as a topping for pizza. Use shredded Swiss and some chopped spinach.

    Very easy to make but warmed oven to 375 then turned down to 350. My husband even enjoyed it. Might try it with a different dressing next time.
