  • Heat 1-1/2 tsp. oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook 4 to 5 min. on each side or until done (165ºF). Transfer to plate; cover to keep warm.
  • Cook noodles as directed on package, omitting salt. Meanwhile, add remaining oil, mushrooms and onions to skillet; cook on medium heat 5 to 7 min. or until mushrooms release most of their liquid, stirring frequently to scrape browned bits from bottom of skillet.
  • Mix cream cheese product, milk and garlic powder until blended. Add cream cheese mixture and broth to skillet; cook 3 to 5 min., stirring frequently, or until cream cheese is completely melted and sauce is heated through.
  • Drain noodles; place on platter. Top with chicken and sauce; sprinkle with parsley.

Serving Suggestion

Serve with hot steamed green beans or broccoli.

Substitute

Prepare using any variety of mushrooms, or a mix of different mushrooms.

Variation

Omit garlic powder, and prepare using Philadelphia Herb & Garlic Cream Cheese Product.
