Delicious! I added Cajun spices with my marinade and grilled the chicken and peppers on my George Foreman grill. I also added avocado and tortilla strips in my salad. Yum!
So simple & quick. Really nice flavors. Used a kit for the salad that came with a taco flavored dressing, was very nice.
