  • Mix dressing and soy sauce until blended.
  • Heat oil in large nonstick skillet or wok on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook and stir 5 min. or evenly browned. Add garlic and ginger; cook and stir 1 min.
  • Add eggs; cook on medium heat 1 min. or just until set, stirring occasionally. Add dressing mixture and all remaining ingredients; cook and stir 3 min. or until heated through.


Prepare using long-grain brown rice.
