  • Melt 2 Tbsp. butter in large skillet on medium heat. Add chicken; cook 5 min. or until evenly browned, stirring occasionally. Remove from skillet.
  • Melt remaining butter in skillet. Add vegetables; cook and stir 4 min. Return chicken to skillet. Add pasta sauce and parsley; mix well. Simmer on medium-low heat 8 to 10 min. or until chicken is done and sauce is thickened, stirring occasionally.

Variation

For a creamier sauce, add 1/2 cup whipping cream to chicken mixture in skillet along with the pasta sauce and parsley.

Substitute

Substitute fresh basil for the parsley.
