  • Whisk eggs in shallow dish until blended. Combine bread crumbs and Parmesan in second shallow dish; place flour in third dish. Dip chicken, 1 strip at a time, in flour, then eggs, then bread crumb mixture, turning to evenly coat all sides of chicken strip with each ingredient before dipping in the next ingredient.
  • Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add chicken; cook and stir 5 to 7 min. or until done. Cool slightly.
  • Heat oven to 425ºF. Cut each chicken strip in half or into thirds. Place pizza crust on baking sheet; spread with pasta sauce to within 1/2 inch of edge of crust. Top with mozzarella, chicken and peppers.
  • Bake 10 to 12 min. or until cheese is melted and edge of crust is golden brown.

Special Extra

Top with 2 Tbsp. sliced fresh basil before serving.
