  • Cook chicken in large skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium-high heat 5 min. Add vegetables; cook and stir 3 to 5 min. or until chicken is done.
  • Add water; bring to boil. Add pasta; stir until evenly covered with water. Cover; simmer on medium-low heat 15 min. or until pasta is tender.
  • Stir in sauce. Top with cheese; cover. Simmer on low heat 5 min. or until cheese is melted and pasta mixture is heated through.


Substitute 1 lb. (450 g) crumbled Italian sausage or lean ground beef for the chicken. Or, substitute Cracker Barrel Shredded 4 Cheese Italiano Cheese for the mozzarella.

    Nice dish enjoyed it. I had to add hot sausage. Yummy!


    I added fresh sliced mushrooms and used regular tomato sauce. It needed some pepper for flavour.
