  • Cook chicken fingers as directed on package; cool 10 min.
  • Meanwhile, mix ketchup, yogurt, mayonnaise and relish until blended.
  • Toss lettuce with remaining ingredients in large bowl.
  • Cut chicken into bite-size pieces. Add to salad along with the ketchup mixture just before serving; mix lightly.

Special Extra

Add 1 cup whole wheat croutons to salad before serving.

Shortcut

Omit ketchup, yogurt, mayonnaise and relish. Instead toss salad with 3/4 cup Kraft Thousand Island Dressing.

Substitute
