  • Mix dressing, cumin and curry powder until blended. Pour over chicken in medium bowl; turn to evenly coat both sides of thighs. Refrigerate 30 min. to marinate.
  • Heat barbecue to medium heat.
  • Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade.
  • Grill chicken 5 to 7 min. on each side or until done (165°F), adding pita halves to the barbecue for the last 2 min. and turning after 1 min. Transfer chicken and pitas to cutting board.
  • Mix hummus and water until blended. Cut chicken into strips; place in pita halves. Top with tomatoes, cucumbers and hummus.

Special Extra

For a spicy kick, mix hummus with 1 tsp. hot pepper sauce in addition to the water.
