  • Heat dressing in large saucepan on medium heat. Add onions and garlic; cook and stir 5 min. or until onions are tender. Add carrots, bay leaf, broth and water; stir. Bring to boil; cover. Simmer on medium-low heat 20 min., adding rice for the last 10 min.
  • Add chicken and peas; stir. Simmer, uncovered, 5 min. or until heated through. Remove and discard bay leaf.

Special Extra

Top each serving with a light sprinkling of Kraft 100% Parmesan Aged Grated Cheese.

Make Ahead

This soup can be cooked ahead of time. Cool, then refrigerate up to 3 days. Reheat just before serving. If soup is too thick, gradually stir additional water into hot soup to thin to desired consistency.
